Now that Claude Code, Codex and Cursor are within everyone's reach, your business teams build their own tools. A project portfolio tracker, a budget variance calculator, an HR dashboard. They are useful, so they stay.
What you find when you look under the hood:
- keys and passwords written in plain text in the code;

You upload the application
The author uploads the application folder as a zip. Their browser strips out passwords, keys and data files before anything is sent. They see the report and decide whether it goes.
KODE brings it up to standard
Sign-in with the company's Microsoft account, a real database, secrets moved out of the code, backups, documentation. Tests first lock in what already works: it has to keep working.
Your IT department decides
A clear summary, the risks found, and a recommendation already prepared for each decision. A few clicks, and IT approves the go-live.
The application runs on your premises
On your servers, behind the company's Microsoft sign-in. The author gets an email when it is ready. After that, they write what they want changed, and KODE does it.
You stay in control. Really.

- Secrets are removed in the author's browser, before upload.
- Every application sits behind your company's Microsoft sign-in. Access is managed through groups that you create.
- The report rates risks along four axes. Anything that cannot be assessed shows in grey, never in green.
Your data stays with you
- Applications run on your servers, on your premises or in your own hosting account. KALIFY hosts neither your applications nor their data.
- No inbound connection from us: your server fetches the updates.

If an application is not live on your server within 30 days of its takeover, you get your money back for it, provided your IT department made its decisions within 5 working days.
